As a reminder, meters are read on the 1st of each month. Bills will be generated on the 10th, ready on the 11th, and due on the 27th of each month.
West Oregon Electric offers convenient ways to pay your monthly electric bill. You can now manage and pay your account by signing up for SmartHub, which will automatically send an email reminder when bills are available and for each completed payment. SmartHub gives you the option of turning off your paper bill.
We also offer Bank Draft, which can be paid through a checking and savings account or by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for payments. Call our office if you are interested in being set up on our Budget Billing Plan or any payment arrangements, as there are requirements that need to be met.
