Update Retire Request
The Board of Directors of West Oregon Electric Cooperative, Inc. (WOEC) has declared that it will retire all patronage capital for members of the cooperative for specific years. As a not-for-profit organization, any excess earnings realized by the Co-op are allocated to its members based on their patronage. The WOEC Board of Directors has determined the Co-op has enough reserves to enable this distribution.
You need to provide sufficient information so that we can validate the membership and the patronage due. By signing, you confirm that you are a member or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a member of the West Oregon Electric Cooperative Inc. and that the address above is valid for you to receive payment. By signing, you indemnify the Cooperative from any liability in paying this retirement to the above-named at the address provided.
