When a consumer files for bankruptcy, as reasonable security for post-petition faithful performance, the consumer will be charged an advance payment equal to 2 times the consumer’s highest monthly bill during the preceding 12 period regardless of previous payment history. If the advance payment is not paid as agreed within 20 days, service will be terminated following the procedures in this section.
