It is the intent of the Cooperative to provide through these Service Policies, a helpful guide to the consumer, the electrical and building trades, and the employees and representatives of the Cooperative; to achieve efficient and safe electrical service; and to insure that all members of the Cooperative receive uniform and equitable consideration. The Cooperative shall provide a copy of the Rate Schedules and Service Rules and Regulations to its consumers upon request.
