Audits are required on commercial lighting and residential insulation. Audits are not required on upgrades such as ductless heat pumps and heat pump water heaters. Instructions will appear on the application if a site visit is necessary.
Typically, the rebate is delivered 8 to 10 weeks after the complete application is given final approval. Rebate processing may take more time for projects that need inspection.
