Rebates

Conservation Programs & Rebate Guidelines

Bonneville Power Administration determines the program parameters and qualifications for these rebates. All measures and incentives levels are subject to change. All measures must be installed within the West Oregon Electric service territory and are subject to inspection.

Windows & Insulation

To qualify for the windows and/or insulation rebate you must be a member of West Oregon Electric and have electric heat as your main heat source.  Replacement windows must have a U-Value of .30 or lower.   Insulation must meet R value requirements for floor, attic, or wall insulation.  You need to contact Sarah Rossi at the WOEC office before you start your weatherization project to check availability of rebate funds and current R values required.

Rebate is based on amount of square footage of the windows and insulation.

Clothes Washer

$50 rebate for qualifying clothes washers they Must have a MEF of 2.0 or higher to qualify, and you must have an electric water heater and clothes dryer.

Water Heater

Electric water heater with a lifetime warranty, Energy rating of .94 for 50 gallons and .91 for 60 gallons or larger.

Commercial Lighting

Incentives are available for upgrading to energy efficient commercial lighting as long as funds are available. A lighting audit performed by a lighting contractor is encouraged.
